Inspector Qualifications

Trained Eye Home Inspection Ltd. President and Chief Inspector, Ari Marantz, has completed over 2000 inspections since 1999. Ari is a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) with The Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI) Manitoba and a National Certificate Holder with the National Certification Program for Home Inspectors.

Prior to establishing Trained Eye Home Inspection Ltd., Ari worked as a General contactor for over 15 years specializing in residential and commercial renovations. Ari contracted and supervised hundreds of renovation projects, working with skilled trades, sub-contractors, inspectors, architects and engineers.
